As the Team prepares BLOODHOUND SSC for the runs at Newquay in October, it’s all go at the Technical Centre (BTC). Parts continue to arrive from suppliers and before long we should have all bespoke BLOODHOUND-designed parts necessary to build the Newquay-specific car configuration.

Inspired by BLOODHOUND – and now inspiring others

Jess Herbert was inspired by the BLOODHOUND Project to become an engineer and at the end of 2016 she was named runner-up in the 2016 EEF Future Manufacturing Awards in the South-West, following the successful completion of her apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce. She’s also one of our valuable team of BLOODHOUND Ambassadors. This is her story.
