BLOODHOUND – the ultimate car ‘kit’
Like many people, the BLOODHOUND team got a model kit this Christmas! The BLOODHOUND Supersonic Car kit contains over 3,500 components, many custom-made – driver Andy Green and assembly instructions included. Watch the video to find out more.
Latest car news
Since our last newsletter, work on the car has continued at top speed:
- The major car components have been laid out ready for build.
- The pump parts and fin components have arrived.
- The upper chassis has returned from the autoclave where it was successfully ‘baked’ – read more in Andy’s latest diary.

Support BLOODHOUND via Indiegogo
In December BLOODHOUND launched a fundraising page on crowdfunding website Indiegogo. It’s been very successful, so thanks to all who have taken part. But there’s still room for more names on the car’s fin (£15), company names (£500) and supersonic selfies (£1,000). There’s even a special offer for schools to be added for just £50. So please consider sharing in our record-breaking runs by visiting our Indiegogo page now.
Join us at an exclusive gourmet dinner
We have a few tickets left for 1K Club members to join our sponsors for an exclusive preview of the new Land Speed Record gallery at the Coventry Transport Museum on 12 February 2015. For the first time, all three cars from the land speed world record projects headed by Richard Noble will be displayed together. Celebrate with a gourmet dinner, unique auction and Q&A with Richard and Andy Green.
