Lamination Technologies (LT) was incorporated in 1999. In 2003 it transformed from a Lancashire textile laminate consultancy, working with, amongst others with aircraft manufacturers and a Formula One team into a US Research and Development company, working exclusively with the US Department of Defense.

In 2011/2012 LT hope to transform again into a supplier of the “LTprotect” materials it has developed in the last eight years.

LT specialises in heat resistant and fireproof fabrics and materials. Not fire retardant, but fire proof.

When LT read about the Bloodhound Project on the BBC website, at the very start, they were determined to become involved. This wasnʼt for any great “marketing” or
“promotional” reason - just fascination with the project and a bit of homesickness for
good old British Eccentricity.

LT will be helping to keep Andy safe from fire and will be providing heat insulation
materials for the car itself.
